Why people choose Cimstone
Cimstone has built a strong following for engineered quartz that balances striking design with everyday practicality.
Broad marble-effect range
Cimstone is known for realistic marble-look designs as well as plains and contemporary patterns, so there is something for most kitchens.
Engineered durability
As engineered quartz it is non-porous and scratch-resistant, and it never needs sealing.
Consistent colour
Manufactured slabs mean predictable colour and pattern from piece to piece, which helps with joins and matching.
Sourced and fitted by us
We can bring Cimstone in to order and template, fabricate and fit it just like our stocked ranges.
Engineered quartz, explained
Like all engineered quartz, Cimstone is made mostly from crushed natural quartz bound with resin and pigment, then formed into hard, non-porous slabs. That gives you the look of natural stone with low maintenance: no sealing, strong stain resistance and excellent durability. As with any quartz it is heat-resistant rather than heatproof, so a trivet is always wise.
